Oh man, today is National Deep Dish Pizza Day, which is basically the Chicago version of Christmas. Some people argue a deep dish pizza isn't a pizza and instead is a bread casserole, and I'll tell you those people are wrong. A pizza is a pizza no matter the depth of the pan.
